When do I get paid?
Build fee commissions are logged to your dashboard when a deal closes and the client's first payment clears. Monthly residuals are calculated and paid out on a monthly cycle. You can track everything in real time inside your rep portal.
Is this a 1099 or W-2 position?
VibeCore Sales Reps are independent contractors (1099). You set your own hours, work your own territory, and build your own book of business. There's no cap on how much you can earn.
How long does the training take?
The 21-module training is self-paced inside your portal. Most reps complete it in one to two weeks. Once you pass the certification test, you're fully cleared to start selling.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application individually and respond within 48 hours. If approved, you'll receive portal access, sign your rep agreement digitally, and be inside the training within the same day.
