How do I get assignments?

How long does a typical build take?
Most builds are completable in 2–6 hours depending on complexity. The 6-Step Builder is structured to keep you moving efficiently. QA review takes up to 48 hours. You work on your own schedule — there's no fixed deadline for most standard builds.
When and how do I get paid?
Build commissions post to your earnings dashboard when your build passes QA and is approved. Monthly residuals are calculated on the 1st and paid on a monthly cycle. You track everything in real time inside your partner portal.
Is this a 1099 or W-2 position?
VibeCore Build Partners are independent contractors (1099). You set your own hours, work as many builds as you want, and grow your portfolio at your own pace. There's no cap on earnings and no minimum build requirement to stay active.
What happens if a build fails QA?
VibeCore's QA team provides specific feedback on what needs to be revised. You update the build and resubmit. There's no penalty for a first revision — QA is designed to make builds better, not to gatekeep partners. Consistent QA pass rates are how you advance to higher tiers.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application individually and respond within 48 hours. If approved, you receive partner portal access, your Certified Builder status, and your first orientation materials the same day. Your first assignment will be queued based on your skills and availability.
